ELBOW PAIN! The bane of tennis players. I had been suffering for 9 months. Within two weeks of using this in short burts several times a day, my tennis elbow pain disappeared. Just like that. Now I use it once a day after playing tennis. Elbow is still pain free. Simple product. Idea is not new. Similar to the "twist a towel exercise". People say £40 for piece of rubber??? But £40 for being elbow pain-free? A bargain!!!

Great piece of kit, with so many ways to use it to condition / strengthen wrists, forearms, shoulder to prevent future injuries. 4-in-one bar meant that I only had to make 1 purchase rather than getting two or more bars, so that I could use many different levels of resistance. Good value for what you get

I have been suffering from Golfer's elbow from last 8 months and all the excercise's on the Internet was not helping me either. Consulted few Physio's and Ortho's, who recommended Excercises & Cortisone Injections. Thanks to Amazon, was able to read good review's and thought to try once. Day 3 of use ... the results were amazing. The night pain has gone and Elbow is much stronger now.

I was dubious. I've had tendinitus for 5 years on and off. At worst I would hold phone to ear and my arm would freeze there in agony. I've been using this a couple of times a day for a few days and it seems to have Improved my arm dramatically. I am using ice packs and changing my work out routine, so I don't aggravate it. So far it's a miracle. If the changes I will update my review asap.

I will update my review after a few weeks but the first impression is the band is very stiff to twist, even with no sleeve inside. The instructions provided are very poor and basic. I had to lookup, theraband flexbar videos for help. I have been suffering from tennis elbow for years, 14+ quarterzone injections and recent tennis elbow surgery back in August, thought id finally give a flex bar a try. The product is well made but for me, at the moment I find it tuff to twist, also think Simien should have some easy to follow videos if they want users to get the most from their product... See how it goes after a 4 weeks.
