The neck on this is fabulous! It doesn’t feel like it’s choking me, but it’s not loose or cowl-like. It’s also stays folded! It’s very lightweight, but surprisingly warm, drapes beautifully, and is quite long, probably too long for wearing with a skirt unless the skirt is a straight fit; it looks a bit odd with A-line skirts and doesn’t work with pleated/gathered skirts.
