Best tasting organic quinoa so far
I've tried a few organic quinoas from Amazon and elsewhere so far, and this one is the best tasting and quickest-cooking that I've come across.

Disappointing! Very soggy after cooking.
I've been using quinoa from M&S which is lovely but not organic so I bought this quinoa because I wanted to go organic. I am quite disappointed with the consistency of the cooked quinoa - even if cooked just for around 10 minutes it still retains a lot of water so it becomes really wet and soggy even though it's not really cooked. If I leave it to cook for longer it starts getting quite mushy and soggy.
