My son is a micheal Jackson fan and loves this

I just enjoyed it, it had been a long time since I first watched it .And I'd forgotten how talented mj was.

This small film Moonwalker brilliant film remember watching it on VHS as a young kid, It features his best songs from being in the Jackson 5 to his then latest album BAD including a parody music video Bad which is performed by a young actor playing Micheal Jackson. It begins the film featuring live performance at London Wembley Stadium with the song Man In The Mirror, the official part of the film is based on one of his all time best songs Smooth Criminal which is at least 30 minuets long and a really good storyline to it as Micheal takes 3 children with him to play on unknown field playing football and soon get separated as his on screen Dog goes missing, the 2 boys continue to play kicking the ball and Micheal takes the young girl with him to search for the dog and at this point not realising there walking into danger to find that they enter a mysterious underground hideout of soldiers and a corrupt person named Frankie Lideo who sets out to sell drugs to kids all over the world. The film Moonwalker is really good it was and still in my opinion ahead of its time, Micheal Jackson’s image to the film is incredible as it’s a fantasy musical film, the graphics of the CGI of when Micheal see’s a wishing Star and transforms into a Robot to fight against evil people is mind blowing.

The actual film portion of the movie is strange, to say the least, and very dated to the 80's generation in which it was made. There are other music videos of MJ's, though, both before and after it. Some of the videos you can't get on disc anywhere else because they weren't his absolute greatest hits, so that was definitely a plus. Videos of speed demon, and leave me alone I only own on this disc. The movie is certainly enjoyable, and is captivatingly entertaining (like all of Michael Jackson's work) because of the great dancing to go along with great songs. I would recommend this to most, but especially to those who are big-time fans.

I bought this as a gift for a friends daughter that is a major fan of MJ.Not old enough to remember this first time around and, just turning 19, didn't know this film existed.
