Q: Whats the best way to stick this. Is there a sticky panel attatched

I recommend a contact adhesive ( Evostick) and as a professional tradesman ( retired) I always apply 2 coats of glue to both surfaces using a small brush. Let the first coat dry completely before applying the second coat, It doesn't come with a sticky strip but depending on where you are using it you might get away with double sided tape

Yes, definitely, although I was sticking the corner to wallpaper this time , I have also stuck the corner wall protector onto wood before.

Q: How do you stick this down?

Thin bead of clear silicon or grab adhesive to one surface. Once in place seal all edges with white silicon and smooth.

Q: can you fold it closed, flat, like a book, to hold, for example a thin net? trying to make a frame with net to go on window to stop insects.

I would think it would be possible. I haven't tried it myself but it does fold easily together I would imagine if you use a strong bonding glue it should work. Sorry I cannot be of more help
