I came across an article saying this might help my energy levels and having tried so so many things I nearly didn't botherI put this in my hot drinks and smoothies. I have to say it works pretty well. I do feel like I have more energy for a few hours a day. I'm by no means back to how I was before I was diagnosed , before I got Lyme disease BUT this supplement is at least giving me a few quality hours able to do physical things again.

I have suffered from ME/Cfs for 4 years now and during that time I have spent a small fortune on trying to improve my symptoms, I use D-ribose daily, also I use acetyl-l-carnitine and creatine phosphate daily and I have found these to work well together and to the point that I can function almost as normal energy wise more days than otherwise, good days are better, bad days are a little more manageable. This is a good price for a good product and even more so if you choose to buy 1kg.

This stuff is great. I first used it when I had my first bout of CFS. It helped me get my energy levels back. Now as soon as it starts up I take it again. Easy to take, it tastes just like sugar so you can add it to water or tea, coffee, juice.

This product is excellent. Energy levels low following cancer treatment.Noticed the difference in energy levels within 2 days so very pleased. I mix it with a little orange juice 3 times a day. I think it's tasteless when mixed with water. Thoroughly recommend.

It was prescribed by my dietitian to boost my endurance and energy during workouts, works very well, taste great and easy to drink. Highly recommended.

I'm 24 and have had M.E/CFS for almost a decade. I bought this hoping it would reduce the intensity of my fatigue, but it has made no difference whatsoever. I wouldn't even know that I had taken it, if not for the lingering sweetness in my mouth. Worst still, it is grossly overpriced! It speaks of sheer desperation, that one would spend so much on a sugar substitute, with the vague hope of alleviating their symptoms.

I personally would not recommend this product. It was purchased primarily for our dog who suffers with a heart murmur and after reading extensively about natural approaches to deal with his condition, we heard very good reports of D-Ribose for helping the heart. It is also reputed to help with fatigue. Unfortunately it made our dog seem unwell. Taking just a small amount of this product, he went off his food and had terrible leathery and seemed very depressed. He was certainly not himself. As an experiment, I decided to try this myself and I had the same results. I did message the company but had no reply. Unfortunately this product will be going in the bin. A waste of money sadly.
