Not all cables are created equal.
I purchased a Google Chromecast Audio in the dying days of Maplin and initially got it up and running with one of the many cheap Chinese produced cables available on Amazon. I was impressed with the sound but I was sure that it was capable of more. I'm quite sceptical when it comes to interconnects, I see the merits in having a well built cable but I see no sense in some of the prices (e.g. you can purchase an Audioquest Angel 3.5mm to RCA cable for over £800!). However, when I plugged this Tower into my NAD amp and Chromecast it was a revelation, definitely worth the investment as I can see myself streaming more and more audio in the future.

A good cable does make a differnece.
I replaced a cheap cable with this one and was pleased to hear that there is a noticeable improvement in sound. If you have reasonably priced equipment you need correspondingly good cables between speakers, the amp/cd and any aux input (here my Onkyo DPX1).

better than cheapo cables but seems a little bass-light. Fairly good articulation and well made.

There's nothing worse than music that sounds like a scratched disc
Ah, at last!! Top quality cable and worth every penny! There's nothing worse than music that sounds like a scratched disc! Wish I'd spent a bit more in the first place! The previous cable I used ruined my iPod as the cable head broke and got stuck inside!

Offers the exact same performance as cables costing 5x as much......
If you are going to buy any cable from the Audioquest "Bridges & Falls" Series, buy this one. I have a Chord Mojo that has 2 x 3.5mm outputs which is perfect for testing cables together. I have had the Tower for a few years but fell victim to the snake oil marketing audio companies use to get you to spend more cash and bought the "Big Sur" cable expecting to hear a difference. After 30 mins of A/B instant switch testing I could hear ZERO audible difference. This was concentrated listening too. I wasn't enjoying the music, instead I was looking for specific parts of a track that highlighted certain parts of a systems performance. Been able to switch from one input to another in an instant from the exact same source removes any bias or placebo effect from the more expensive cable. There was literally no difference in the sound quality or performance on any level. If you are after a good quality cable that is better than the basic ones provided I highly recommend getting the Tower entry level cable over any of the others. Yes they are of slightly better quality and utilise slightly different materials and technologies. There is no argument the cables are different. But in a listening test like the above I would bet 95% of everything I own you won't be able to notice any difference in audio performance.

Not a fan
Nice looking cables . The sound quality is not that good. I think it is over priced for what you get. The amount of different models makes buying an Audioquest cable almost impossible. QED profiles are better. Used to connect pre -amp to small power amps. Best interconnects I have tried so far are the standard Oehlbachs which are very transparent. The Mogami cables are also very good in the right system. Tested in pro-ject S2 system.
