This phone is crap. I'd really like to have a refund.
I can't send this back, as it won't even let me erase anything on it, and I did have *some* moments that allowed me to start it up. The screen now stays on in dark mode, and even trying to power it off doesn't work. I've had so many good experiences with Motorola phones. Don't know if this tracphone is just bad news. I really wish, with all my purchases through amazon, that I could get a refund, but I just can't return this piece of crap without my ability to wipe the phone first.

I buy Motorola ONLY!
But this phone has problems with the camera. It seems that sometimes the camera has a software issue and locks up. It is the ONLY problem I have with it. To keep your phone lasting 2 days on the battery charge make sure that you charge it once it gets down to 20% and never charge it past 90% -this will maximize the battery life.

Faulty charger included
Phone meets all my standard needs. But the Usb-c charger was non functional when plugged in to the phone, even after testing it with different power blocks. If I didn't have a compatible charger for a different device I wouldn't have a charger.
