It's an excellent product.

I don’t like being asked to pick a star when I would not give it any. I had read other reviews about it being cracked. I should have listened. First off it’s a flawed design. It spills from the top. On the bottom it’s cracked and a piece is missing. It’s leaking from the bottom. It’s useless. The cloth that came with it smells like it’s been sitting for years in a box buried next to something dead. That will go in the trash also I wish I could find my blue plastic generic pot. It worked great I just thought a ceramic one would look prettier.

I should have probably returned this. The bottom was all chipped and rough. I decided to spend the time sanding the bottom so that it would not scratch my countertops rather that taking the time to return it. Also, the inside was a bumpy texture under the glazing.Update-The seller reached out to me to offer a full refund for the the neti pot. I assume by their prompt response that they are responsible sellers. Because this item was reviewed well by other customers, I assume that my poor product was an exception to the quality of merchandise that is usually delivered.

And nice shape, microwaveable

The neti pot is smaller than expected, but that's not the real issue. The spout is so narrow that it is impossible to have it seal in my nostril. So the water just pours out of the inserted nostril without irrigating the sinuses. Maybe this will work for some, but I will have to find a neti pot that has a wider spout.I have upgraded my review to 3 stars (from 1) because the seller contacted me and offered a refund even though the product is not returnable under Amazon policy. So 5 stars for the seller!

I wanted to love this one but I get a little drippage from the "incoming" nostril. If this one ever breaks, I'll reorder the higher-priced one I had before. Also the end of the nozzle would be more comfortable if the edges were more rounded--though I wouldn't call it uncomfortable. It's a great buy at the price, I just wish it were "perfect!"

Use this every night. Much better than pouring hot water into a plastic netipot!

I'm an experienced Neti user and only bought another one to pack for traveling. This is a white ceramic neti pot. Upon opening it had brownish liquid staining inside of it. I cleaned it with soapy water and a pipe brush; it did come off but I was very surprised & disgusted at the color/staining. Then I used it. The spout is way to narrow & short to work properly. Terrible! Next, I decided to return it since I am thoroughly unhappy with this product. Nope! No returns at all. Don't buy this. This will just frustrate you and not work properly anyway.
