I have a tendency to "forget" to take supplements, but these are SOOO tasty i look forward to them! I call it "dessert." They even smell awesomel ❤️❤️❤️ The biotin amount is pretty impressive, too (2,500 mcg per serving), and the texture is like most gummies are, which (i think?) most people like. Instead of forgetting to take these i have to remind myself, "Only two a day...doggone it.." ❤️😆My hair, skin and nails are getting better than they have in quite some time.
