changed my phone use - cant stop playing with it.

Obviously I had reservations because the phone has been renewed but I have been pleasantly surprised. So far discovered no issues. It came looking almost like new. The screen wasn't the cleanest when it arrived but there were no visible permanent marks on the screen, only some tiny ones on the back of the phone around the camera. Before trying the 7 pro I bought a new Google Pixel 7a and that had an issue with connecting to data, plus the lack of macro video bothered me. 7 Pro seems to last quite a while, video & photo are a good enough quality. Bit oversold in my opinion but good enough for a phone. Haven't tried all the features yet, but the phone seems fast and responsive.

Phone itself is absolutely amazing I won't be going back to Samsung galaxy phones for a long time, only downside phone had a going across from phone , phone had to be returned, buying a refurbished phone comes with higher risks for problems.

Pleased with it so far. Pictures are very good. Easy to set up, use and transfer details from my old phone. Only the ring tones let it down and that is something that can be sorted.

This is the most expensive phone I have ever bought. But I love it. It's easy to use and also looks good.Not overly complicated which for me is a good thing.

Can't fault the pixel 7 pro. Excellent quality and priced brilliantly one very happy customer

I had the phone for 3 days when the screen stopped worked.it was listed as very good condition reconditioned.I paid £325 for it .On inspection in a phone shop they told me that the screen had been replaced but a part left off which meant the phone screen was coming away from the body of the phone.i have returned the phone to the seller paid for recorded delivery and am awaiting some confirmation of when I am getting my refund.Tertible inconvenience had to buy another phone this brand new.

We got this phone for my son on the understanding that the Refurbish guarantee covered it for a year.After 3 months part of the screen started messing about, (a common issue apparently with this specific pixel.) We requested a refund via Amazon, got sent a returns label and sent the phone back.Inbetween requesting the refund and sending it back, the whole screen died so my son couldn't wipe it.We were eventually refunded 70 less than we'd paid for the phone even though my son had done nothing but use the phone, so don't think the guarantee will save you, it won't.Conincidentally?????? A few weeks later all the things that were on his phone are being hacked. Email, Facebook, Instagram etc.
