Zwilling Pro 7" Fillet Knife

Everything about this knife is just right. Right grip, blade has the correct amount of flex for a fillet knife, high quality steel, extremely sharp. Zwilling makes a very impressive knife.

This is the best quality knife money can buy IMO. Super sharp. And more importantly, very durable. Will last forever if taken care of. Needs a knife sheath though.

Not sure how I lived so long without this filet knife. This made cutting fish and a few other things so easy! Love it!

I've only used it once, but I've been through a lot of fillet knives and this one's absolutely beautiful. Sharp as anything, and the little bit of flex helps for filleting smaller fish. Took the skin off nice too, like cutting butter. We'll see how long it holds up, but it looks and feels like quality; it's my new favorite knife for small-medium size fish.

I got this knife based on the America's Test Kitchen review. This blade seems well-made and it has held a good edge after filleting about 20-30 fish. For small fish I think it's great. I do wish it were somewhat stiffer, and I often find myself using my old cheap dexter knife instead when I want to have a blade go where I point it rather than curve where the meat pushes it.

Don't know how we got along without this beauty for so long. Ease of use. Just perfect for what we wanted. THANK YOU ZWILLING !!

The tang sticks up above the scales at the butt and presents a very sharp ridge. This is totally unacceptable for Zwilling's "Pro" line and a simple fillet knife that costs this much. I was proud to have ordered what I thought was a classic piece of professional cutlery....now I just feel disappointment.

This knife feels good in my hand. The blade is flexible and sharp. I haven't used it long enough to need to sharpen.
