Hello, Thank you for interest in Star Cat Wheel. Unfortunately, inner carpet color is random. But both colors are good fit to the wheel and have same features. Thanks.

Sorry, not sure about that. Carpet is Velcro’d on, you can remove and clean. I would imagine you could get a replacement set of carpet if you contact the company? Not sure you would need, carpet is good quality and able to be cleaned.

Q: How do you open the "tubing" to add the fish? I accidentally screwed tubing closed before adding the fish, and can't open it. Is there a technique?

Q: How to get nuts to fit? It shows to use the screwdriver tool to push down but it just slips - I've tried hammering it in and they still stick out.

You might be putting them in backwards, mine went in fine, check out YouTube, there’s an assembly video that shows you step by step instruction. It’s very helpful.
