I purchased and installed this ergonomic keyboard tray almost two weeks ago, hoping that being able to change height and tilt would help ease neck pain caused by poor posture. My computer set up causes me to have to look slightly down at the monitors, with the keyboard a bit too high due to the height of my desk. This causes my shoulders to basically ride high, like they're trying to touch my ears.This keyboard tray has been an absolute game changer for me! I'm able to get comfortable by greatly improving my posture by lowering and tilting my keyboard towards me and changing up during the day so I don't get stuck in one position. My neck and shoulder pains are fading and have greatly improved in the time I've been using it.The other benefit this unit has is it securely clamps on without having to drill holes into the underside of the desk, which is especially important because I'm using this at work.

Let me start by saying I needed/wanted a tray that I could put away when not in use, that could be level to the desk, and one that would push me back and away from my 32” monitors just a few inches.This is perfect for what I’m looking for with the space I work with. I have an electric standing desk, so I can’t use the keyboard trays with the long bracket. I wanted a tray that could be brought up close to level with the desk and this one does that perfectly. Not to mention, I can spin it under the desk if I need the desktop space for…whatever. My dual 32” monitors are too big for my 24” deep desk because that’s not deep at all for those monitors. I had 24” monitors before and they fit perfectly, but my son lent me his and I really like the size and price because they were on sale…so, good timing. The size of the keyboard maybe a tiny bit smaller than I would prefer for my full-size keyboard, but it does fit just fine along with my mouse.I do like this keyboard tray and there aren’t many like it. Really, I searched for a while on Amazon and found only one other, but it doesn’t have horizontal capabilities. It only has tilt and it sits lower than the desk surface and that’s not comfortable for me with my desk chair, which sits perfectly with my desk, but not for a low keyboard tray.With that said I left out a star because the tray can hold up just fine with heavy hands, but it does flex a little. For example, when I have my hand on the mouse and rest it on the wrist supports, the tray dips a little to the right. Same if you rest your hand on the left too. Nothing terrible, just noting that for everyone. The arms underneath are metal and I’m sure if the tray was wood, there would be not flex. That is my only gripe, folks, and it’s not really a deal breaker for me because it is what I need.4/10/25...with more time with this keyboard tray, I still like, but I wish the bolts used to loosen and tighten the arms had a quick-release and tighten mechanism instead of the hexbolts. I say this because I put mine away every night or after work and it can be a cumbersome task at the start and end of the work day if you want to put the tray away.

Absolutely love this product… allows for appropriate ergonomics both when I’m sitting in my chair as well as standing at my desk. I spend over 10 hours a day in front of my computer - this will absolutely improve the situation!
