Good product. But ....
I am very happy with the product itself. The device is fast, it came in really good condition (as new) and everything is working as expected. My only complain is that it comes with Windows 10 and Intel Core i7-7600U is not supported by Windows 11. So, customers buying this model cannot upgrade to Windows 11, and are stuck with Windows 10. Microsoft will remove support for Windows 10 in 2025. This is something that should be mentioned somewhere in the description of the product because this is important for customers in order to make a decision between this model or newer models that will support Windows 11.

Reboots on its own, storage error
Reboots unexpectly on its own after a few hrs of use (storage error ), I love the laptop but I get this error and loose what I was working on. I sadly will have to return it disappointed. Everything else is good, I suspect a bad ssd hard drive (ssd) storage device. refurbished not so well, also right shift does not function.

Shipping took forever, but the PC was excellent!
So unfortunately, my shipment got lost in the mail and took forever to get to me (like around 3 weeks) and I ended up having to buy a different PC between ordering this one and receiving it. However, when it arrived, I couldn't help myself but to open it up and take a look at it. It was in absolutely pristine condition and booted up quickly. The screen was flawless and it ran perfectly. Had I not already purchased a new one, I would have happily kept it.

Laptop died after only 9 months of use.
When I first received this laptop, I knew it was a rebuild and I thought I'd get 2 good years out of the computer, but it just died on me after only 9 months. Now it's a nothing more than a $400 paper weight. I would NOT recommend this product. Learn from my mistake and spend a few extra dollars on a new laptop.

Had to replace my wife's older failing Lenovo 1 gen yoga laptop with a newer gen 4 this was a perfect choice excellent replacement

What kind of company sells a product without a serial #? This is a scam. I will never again purchase computers, laptops, or electronics on Amazon.
