This is a really useful product. I’ve used Pet Remedy before (in fact I use it regularly) and it definitely helps my dog. I’ve used the plug in diffusers and the normal sprays but this has helped greatly. With the plug ins, you’re limited to wherever you have a socket, and you have to plug it in directly, not using an adapter or extension, but this can go anywhere.It has different settings, so you can decide how often you want it to spray, and it’s almost silent in operation. It solves the problem of me having to remember to give the room a quick spray by doing it automatically!The substance does have a slight smell but I rather like it, it may well be that it has a relaxing effect on us too - I can definitely see a effect on my dog when I’m using it.I’ve tried various other products for calming dogs, plug ins, sprays, tablets etc of different brands, but Pet Remedy works better than all of them; it’s been scientifically tested and proven to work on a wide range of animals from cats to horses, so not just for dogs!

It's very usefull and practical, you can change its position in the room; one downsize: it's very noisy when sprays, even scary on the first occassions, but you' get use with it over time. The fragrance though it's excellent with my indoor cats, I could see the effect within hours since installed. Totally recommend to everyone with pets!

I love Pet Remedy and really believe in their calming products for cats, but this device is so loud when it emits the remedy that it makes both me and the cat jump. As such it’s not great for a nervous cat, purely because of the machine mechanics. I am placing it out of her main room and putting it in the hall. This kind of negates why I got it in the first place, but I’ll go back to the plug in instead.

I have used this for 2 years as my cats used to fight on the staircase (a point of contention for them)I have it set to go off every 90 minutes as they don’t spend loads of time on the staircase which makes the refill last so much longer - please note that if you pet is very anxious or is new to this product I would stick to the advised 30 minutes to start with - I use the pet remedy diffusers around the house and I use the wipes/spray for visits to the vet and when my cat was on cage rest for 16 weeks. I really wouldn’t be without this for my fur babies and I recommend it to all my friends and clients (as I work at a vets) and they have been super impressed with the the results.I would also like to point out that depending on what is causing the stress for your pet you may need to do address the main issue as well as using the pet remedy. If your not sure then please speak with an accredited Animal Behaviourilst, some vets will have an idea but not all of them are trained in animal behaviour.I hope this helps. Thank you!

I purchased the Pet Remedy Atomiser Refill 300ml in hopes of calming my cat, but it had the opposite effect. Instead of soothing her, it made her more aggressive, growling and hissing more. When I tried to return the product, Amazon informed me that it was ineligible for return. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I want to warn other pet owners – this product did not work for me and the return policy is very restrictive. Avoid this product if you care about your pet's well-being and your peace of mind.

Ordered the atomiser and plug-in on the 14th of February and parcel arrived on the 20th of February for my stressed cats. I have noticed some improvement in my two females, they are calmer, not hissing so much and they do not hide that much from the kittens currently fostered at my place. For my 2 boys I did not see any difference so far, but I am still observing as effects may appear within some weeks

We’ve tried all sorts for our adult dog who still gets travel sick and this is the only thing that works every time! Hasn’t been sick since using it in the car once
