Excellent and stops my cat wolfing down his food!
My cat loves this kibble! It's been specially designed to help with BSH's jaws and it does make him have to crunch the food. The large shape is good because previously he would just inhale his food but now he has to take more care.He's an indoor cat but a combination of this kibble and the Purina Gourmet range of meat, pâté etc has kept his weight nice and healthy which is good because BSHs are prone to obesity, especially if kept indoors.My cat won't touch any other kibble now - fussy little... :-)

One of my 4 cats has a very sensitive nose and will only eat certain brands. Although she does love this...Why make her eat things she doesn't want? Try an additive free adult food for a while, such as James Wellbeloved Duck and rice or similar, in case it's just one of the chemicals in there she's sensitive to. And try her on it again in a month or two. You're not going to bore her to death by feeding her one brand for all meals for ever, so just start mixing it up a bit from the off. Sensible to do that anyway, in case they change the recipe!From memory the main factor about this food is its high protein content. But you can use other biscuits and top up with other foods, such as egg yolks and raw or cooked mince and other meats and fish. My cats love to chew on big chunks of raw or cooked chicken, stewing steak, pork chop. You should never just feed biscuits anyway. They have too much carbohydrate in and fillers and you can never be sure you're cat is getting enough liquid. And a greedy cat will eat far too much. A good quality wet food will have a higher proportion of protein to 'food', if you discount the water part. And also its easier to disguise medicine in wet food, should you ever need to."}}]}]}
