Excellent product
Yes this is and has always been a very water like liquid gel. Having used aveda for over 25 years I can guarantee this is a genuine product. It is a plant tea base so obviously would be water like in consistency and you don’t need much either.

“Gel” has an extremely strong alcohol smell, very watery consistency, I don’t believe this is a genuine product and given how easy it is to screw the cap off it would be easy to tamper with. Wish I’d read the reviews before wasting my money
