The reviews had me a little worried, I wanted to try soft wax after doing hard wax for my legs. Oooh this was so much faster and got so much more hair! The machine warmed up the wax, I probably gave it more than the recommended 20 minutes to melt. The trick is to run it over a fabric strip to see if it's melted and once it's primed with wax and rolling full strips on the fabric, then you go to your skin. So many reviews said it pulled their skin.. roller wasn't primed with enough wax. I found this super fast, easy, and will definitely be part of my regular waxing routine. I'd also wear gloves, super sticky if you touch it with your hands and not fun to work with sticky hands.

El producto en general bien, sin embargo yo tenía unos cartuchos de cera que le quedaron sumamente justos por lo tanto revisar muy bien con cuáles los van a usar.

Poor quality
Seems like it takes forever to heat the wax and soften the wax. Does not rub on smooth after waiting an hour to warm up.

Takes a really long time to heat up. Does work well but not the exact item I was looking for. This may have something to do with the wax I am using as well!
