If not sugar free it is very low sugar. I am diabetic and have had gastric bypass surgery so I do not tolerate sugar well. Since my surgeon had me start on chewable B vitamins, a multiple vitamin, calcium, and iron, my sugars have only been above 100 two times and almost 2 and a half years. I religious take my vitamins every morning, if the B-complex chewables were very high in sugar my blood sugars would have been much higher.
