Q: What is the true lighting angle (description says 60°, and elsewhere says 120°)?

The lighting angle is 120°,i will update it.

Q: How dim does it get? Max brightness I understand, but wondering how it scales down. Thank you!

It gets pretty dim, less bright than the average phone flashlight. If you look in my posted review, you can see pictures of that brightness.
