I really wanted to like these. I was fitted for flanges and one side is a 21mm and one side is a 19mm. I bought these because they were cheaper than any name brand. The material is nice and sturdy but it's like they assumed because the nipple is small, the breast must be too. The shield part is tiny and had such an angle on it that it hardly covers any of my breast and I have to press it into the tissue some to even get it to go in far enough for proper suction. On top of that, the base is just ever so slightly too small for the best shield body of my pump so air gets in if I don't put pressure on it and practically nothing happens because the suction is broken. I would honestly have returned them if I could but they're not returnable so they'll just be chucked into the pile of things to give to someone else to try.

I agree with another reviewer that the shield part is way too small to fit over the proper surface of my breast. I also did not like how long the tube is. The extra length makes it’s awkward when connected and I find that I had to constantly lean forward to make sure the milk flow down into the bottle. Returned these and used my medela flanges with the maymom connector instead and it works just fine with my myajoy Ameda breast pump.

I use these with my Medela Symphony and its been my favorite flange so far. I have elastic nipples and tend to get the most milk out using this flange (I think from the longer tube).The silicone around the edge makes for a much more comfortable pumping experience. I sometimes inset silicone inserts to help, but don't really need them with this flange since the size fits me so well.

Good quality and fits my medela symphony. Still not sure if the perfect size, but gives way more output than the 24mm and 21mm given with my pump. Only issue I have is the flange is smaller overall. However, I find this to be a universal trend. Just because you have smaller nipples, does not mean you have smaller breasts.
