Ran it under water and it is decently waterproof. I think it could withstand a downpour quite well. It is thin and will not protect you against cold weather, but big enough you could wear a thin jacket underneath. Looks very nice and while pricier than most the other options on amazon, it is a cheaper alternative to buying a very expensive raincoat from another online store or brand.

Love it! It's nice quality and very light. Just right to wear warm clothes underneath if case the weather is cold and rainy. Also loved the carrying tote!

5.1 ft, 165 lbs. I purchased the red dot raincoat in XXL. It is oversized and the arm length is way too long, but you can cut some of the excess off just before the other seem - and roll up the length a few times. The raincoat length comes to my ankles. It also has a high-waist tie. The oversize is great when wearing a heavy shirt underneath, and doesn’t pull when sitting down. It is not heavy plastic, so I would recommend going up a size for some room to not tear the plastic. Overall, I am pleased with this cute raincoat!

I ordered a large in the Sea Blue color. It is actually more of a dark green, like a Hunter Green or Emerald Green color. Not blue at all. It does fit well and is very lightweight and thin. Not sure how long it will last but we will see.

Great style, thin fabric. I returned it because of a creepy fabric feel…I just couldn’t picture when I would be able to overcome the sticky icky feeling from touching the fabric.

I really needed a good rain jacket. Getting in and out of my car, even with an umbrella, always results in me getting wet, especially if the rain is coming down hard or blowing sideways. However, I did not want a rain COAT. I wanted something thicker than a windbreaker or garbage bag, but still light enough to put over my coat or clothing. This jacket is perfect! It is long enough to cover my slacks and provides good overall protection without being too bulky. Great price too.
