This has been working well. I'm not sure if the "memory" part is a huge difference, but I've had this (hard to explain) constant state of pressure in my head that taking Ginkgo Biloba seems to make a lot better. It's not around as much, and not as bad when it is. Good sleep is a huge help, but even with that I had that weird "pressure" and sound in my head. My focus with GB has been the major improvement. I write, edit, and format nearly all day long so concentration is needed. Memory did improve somewhat, just not some huge aspect. So for the focus and that pressure feeling in my head, this particular product has been great. Loads cheaper and it's actually the correct Ginkgo Biloba. (Read ingredients and how much you're actually getting to see what I'm talking about.) I've tried the NOW Foods one, the Spring Valley (another fav, but expensive) and this is a lot better for me.

I found it calmed down my thoughts, my focus was clearer, it was easier to accomplish each of my goals for the day. I could feel it working after taking the daily dose. I'm telling all my friends to try it, because it works. It really does help to think clearly and therefore reduces stress. I take it when I am feeling work piling up on me, or when I have an important project and for daily brain health. I recommend you try it for yourself, I'm glad I did.

I started taking G.B. about 2 years ago and this product is about the 3rd brand I have tried. Its a noticeably a more potent form and can be too much for some who are just trying Ginko for the first time. I personally love this pill it seems to give me the edge I need and the mental clarity I get from it is worth the price. My advice is start off with a lesser mg pill and see how it affects you before taking a 500 mg supplement. Ginko does interact if other medications especially be careful with anything cardiovascular related as it does increase inner cranial circulation which can be a concern if you have had a stroke or have high blood pressure.

One way to tell this thing works is, if you experience minor itching and hives here and there for a day or two max. That's ur capillaries and other bloodvessels flexing there. It has definitely improved blood flow in my body, I feel more alert. I take two of these everyday. Will continue to take it till I am alive.The specific effects I want to see:I have mild edema in hands, feet and face, they look fleshy. These are the parts that sweat a lot and I go completely blue whenever there is temp drop below 50 degrees. It's a condition called as hypothermia when the heart pumps max blood only to the internal organs to protect those. I can't even wear socks or gloves, as it wd be all sweaty inside and the sweat gets cold in cold weather making me even more hypothermic. I have got all my hormones checked, everything is just fine. I just suspect that I have a weaker heart and it isn't able to pump blood everywhere like it should. So, let's see. Winter is coming. Like every winter, I prepare myself to take on the harsh weather. If everything goes well and hypothermia never happens, I would be happy to update the 4 stars to 5 stars.

This product was fine

Great product. I definitely feel more clear headed for the time it is in system. It also help me with anger and frustration. My family can see a great difference between when I have take this and when I have not as my mood is a lot more stable and it seems to take a lot more to cause me to become frustrated or angry.

The packaging isn’t exactly lying - it’s misleading. It should put on the packaging just what the weight or current amount is. It says it uses 500mg leaves but then extracts it (dehydrate?). So the 500mg have now been reduced to 125mg. The ginkgo are no longer leaves but powder. If you buy a box of Raisin Bran, they don’t say they put 300 grapes in each box. They say two scoops of raisins (for those who remember that).Never the less, that doesn’t mean this product doesn’t work for the actual amount given. I haven’t even tried it yet but I didn’t like their marketing tactics . However, I’m not sure that many manufacturers don’t deceive customers to some degree. I gave it 3 stars because I am, never the less, believing the product will be beneficial as some customers say it is.

So far so good, I wish I could remember to take it everyday. My dreams that's the number 1 thing I've noticed so far,I have VERY irregular sleep patterns & usually (I assumed) I stopped remembering my dreams because I'd either sleep too light or too deep, depending on my pattern at the time, but so far, *no matter how light or deep I sleep* I've got intense, vivid dreams...very cool!Another thing I used 2think that I didn't *see* very much in a dream, more like vague outlines, feelings & recall as if I read a book...well the other night *I saw vivid colors in my dream,* I don't know if I've ever had that b4. So yeah I'll be continuing to purchase this! ;)
