CCACarborundum Smoothing Flooring Stone 24 grit for Screed Levelling

I bought this to sand down Indian Sandstone patio slabs that were very hard to clean and had gone really dark and gloomy and were frankly beginning to depress me.I used a patio cleaner acid first, then went at the area with this tool. The results, in my view, are much more effective than acid alone and you can really bring the stone back to its former glory. However, it is a noisy job, so I wore ear defenders and continued to file away all the black spot, dead algae and old sealer. Use a kneeling pad and worked only a couple of slabs at a time. This may be the hard way to restore natural stone, but all you have to do is think about something that annoys you and you will have the energy to complete the task. As they used to say “Anger builds cathedrals”…

Well made and does the job. I’ve had one previous that lasted agers but the price was nearly double in just a few years decided to change brands to this and it holds up well. It is alittle more crumbly than my previous but holds up well and half the price.

Simple tool to use

They barely glued it together.Like, there's lots of glue, but only on one sode.How did this pass quality control?

Does exactly what it’s suppose to do , can’t work with out it ,a must for any floor fitters

Purchased to take some concrete snots off the top of a concrete floor screed. Didn’t want to generate lots of dust from a grinder. The stone was effective but wore down very quickly.

Great for evening floors up
