This is the noodle that finally worked in my mei fun recipe. I love the "bite" of the noodle, and that it did not break up into a million pieces in the stirfry, or get mushy. Full disclosure, I soak the noodle in water for 30 minutes, drain, (the noodles will seem a little stiff) and then use in the stir fry, precooking noodles does not work for me. The noodles hold up to reheating without falling apart. One package holds at least 2 to 3 meals worth of noodles (for 2 adults), and it came three packages per order. Good luck, when your recipe works, you will be soooo happy!!
