Works well and looks sharp!!
Installation was very easy and I avoided the "gap at the bottom" issue by adjusting how it screws together a bit before mounting it. I still get the same reception I did before for all the radio stations I listen to so I cannot complain about signal loss.It looks awesome on my 2015 Wrangler and I can now clean with windows without fighting with a tall antenna

Updated review after 2 months!👍🏻JK Owners - how EASILY & Quick & Reliable FIX IN 4 easy steps. The AntennaX looks and sounds awes
Update! I've now had this stubby antenna for over 2 months. First picture was when I had installed it the day I got it, second is from today. It hasn't moved. I live in a very rural area in Texas. I have had no reception issues. I've read a lot of reviews on here about reception, and it might be due to the cuppler it comes with not fitting all the way, if it won't fit, no reception. Try the fix below and you'll not notice any issues. I really hope this helps. It's a great product and it's so nice to not have to deal with the whip issue!I love this antenna! Just received it today and couldn't be happier. I have a 2015 JKU. When I first attempted to screw it in, it didn't fit. So, I went through the reviews and saw these directions from Steve on 4/23/16, and it worked flawlessly. I live in a rural area in Texas and after install, I was able tune in FM, AM, and my XM and it sounds great! Here's the fix for fitting issues on JK & JKU from Steve's Review. When you first assemble and screw it in, you'll see a huge gap and won't get signal. Here's how you fix that.1. Unscrew the bottom 2" segment of the AntennaX.2. Remove the threaded rod that's inside the antenna segment.3. Screw just the 2 inch segment into your Jeep, you'll see that it now fits properly and is fleshed against the base.4. Screw the small threaded rod (the one you removed from the long antenna segment) into the top of the base far as it'll go.5. Screw the antenna onto the threaded rod that is sticking out from the top of the 2 inch segment. (I was able with little effort for it to fit with no seam gap). And, you're done with a good looking Antenna that works and looks awesome. What causes it not to fit in JK's was the short cuppler inside the 2 inch segment. Following these instructions from Steve's review with directions worked perfectly with very little effort! So, if you're having a fitting issue with your JK, Thank Steve for finding and posting the work around. As you can see from the picture I posted, it looks awesome! Way better than the stock antenna. AM, FM and XM came through very clear even here in rural Texas country. Hope this helps! Here are pics of my Jeep with the AntennaX installed following the above directions. Close up and from the front. It looks awesome.
