I was advised to try this item by my podiatrist after foot surgery. While it fit in my current shoes, my foot barely fit in my shoes. I had to go up one size for my foot to be comfortable in the shoe. There was reduced pain on the first 30 minutes of using the insert. Hopefully, the more I use it, the less pain I will have.

My hubby had foot surgery and this has been extremely helpful for support to keep the foot from overloading (not allowed to flex)

This is the worst buy on Amazon it failed miserably as it is just a flat bit of carbon steel and has no arch support built in and you only get one and not a pair NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

I had a sore toe (possible ligament strain) for months. I have been using the inner sole now for 3 weeks and it has helped a lot. not as sore now and feels like it is healing. I can still walk and run with the inner sole in my shoe. yo ufeel it is there by its not uncomfortable.

I bought an insert for my right foot for which I have hallux rigidus of the big toe joint with next to no cartilage left. The insert was a waste of time. It made walking normally impossible and I ended up shoving it into my wellies very occasionally use for the garden! I would definitely not recommend this useless product.you could put a plastic ruler in your shoe for the same uncomfortable effect!
