Q: What is the size? I received a bag 45 x 30 x 20cm and am trying to work out if the advert is wrong or if i have been sent the wrong bag. 27L, not 32L

Are you measuring it full or empty? Certainly measuring it empty I would agree with your smaller measurements but as it is not a rigid design when packed (full with clothes) the the larger dimensions apply. I used this as a cabin bag on an EasyJet flight without any problems but the bag had to fit inside their measuring cage hence the dimensions need to apply to a full bag. Hope this helps.
