Actually worked
I bought 2 pairs for a cruise my wife and I were going. I didn't place much faith on this, but I guess it couldn't hurt. I actually didn't need it, but my wife used it from the beginning and the few times she took them off, sea sickness started to kick in, so she placed them back on. She did this a few times and after the 3-4 time, she was positive this actually works. She even slept with them. Just make sure you choose the right size to small and it is really going to press on.

Well made with clear instructions
Well made and came with clear instructions. I have used these before and found with these instructions that I had not been wearing them properly. I have Meinere’s. These really take the edge off occasional dizziness.

Pink & light blue colored bands
The colored bands work well. The stitching had white material that should be on the inside of the wrist but that slides to the outside and doesn't look nice.

Nice sea bands for cruise
Worked as intended. Bought them to bring on a cruise to use as needed. Was glad to have them and share them with family members. Hard to say how effective sea bands are, but hey, why not. The little case was nice to keep them tucked in my bag.

Bands are tiny and item is NOT returnable
When I received this I had to double check to make sure it wasn't for children, because these things are tiny! I have small wrists and these cut the circulation off from my hands and caused noticeable swelling in my hands after just a few minutes. I certainly wouldn't be able to wear them for several hours at least to combat motion sickness and I don't know how other reviewers are tolerating the tightness.Heads up that this item is also NOT returnable. So unless you have tiny wrists, or don't mind your circulation being cut off, or your hands swelling up uncomfortably, look into other options. If you don't have an adhesive allergy the patches that go behind your ear are fairly effective. You can also put an ear plug in just one ear, which got me through a three day vestibular migraine with minimal nausea. The silicone ones like loops quiet are comfortable enough to wear all day for motion sickness, are relatively inexpensive, and last for YEARS.This product is a waste of money when there are better options out there, including other nonpharmaceutical options like the ear plug trick. I'll have to see if a friend with a child can use the bands because I definitely can't.

Nausea wrist bands work great
These bands work great. I would highly recommend just to leave them in your bag in case you ever need them for the airplane, on a boat, even thriller rides.
