My wife uses this every day. She loves it. It's small enough to sit in her home office and not get in the way, but also slide easily under her desk when she's ready to use it. It has some heft to it feels pretty substantial, so we don't think it'll break any time soon under the constant use it gets.

The media could not be loaded. I've been on the HUNT for a light, portable walking pad for SO LONG! Purchased this one, delivery was super fast, easy to set up by myself and super light and portable!I love that it's so slim/sleek because I can move it anywhere I want in the house. When I don't use it, I put it under my sofa and it saves me so much space. I can also put it under my working desk and use it as a desk treadmill which helps me stay active during work too. Perfect for me since I work from home and used to sit all day.The walking pad comes with a remote control to change the speed of my walks and is easy to use. Super quiet and allows me to stay active and get my steps in at home. Highly recommend for those looking to stay active/healthy indoors and who want something light and portable to save space!

It's easy enough to move back and forth to put under my desk or move out of the way. It beeps loudly enough that you won't hit a button on the remote without realizing it; however, it also screams for about 3 seconds when it's initially plugged in or turned back on. Normally not an issue but I definitely knew when my power came back on at 3 am in last week's storm!

So when I first got this thing about a month ago, I really liked it. It did what it said it would. Right away though I noticed that the belt was shifted to the left, but slightly. It didn't hinder my ability to use the pad so I didn't think much of it. Once I moved the pad to a different spot in my room is when the belt started to slide all the wag to the left, and it started to make the edges really worn and shaggy. No matter how much I adjusted the belt to my preferred spot, once I turned the pad on, on the lowest setting just to see if it would stay put, IT WOULD STILL SLIDE OVER. I've tightened the belt repeatedly to the point that I can't turn the little tool anymore (my hands are red and sore and aching) and yet the belt still slides to the side. I would return this thing if I hadn't thrown away the boxes. I was too optimistic that this walking pad would work for me. I regret buying it.

They were even willing to ship me an entirely new treadmill. If you're thinking of purchasing this treadmill, know that you can purchase it with confidence that if anything goes wrong, their amazing customer service team will go above and beyond to make it right.The treadmill was easy to set up and get going, and functions perfectly, and is of seemingly decent quality for the price. It's tragic, too-good-to-be-true flaw: it's already started making a really annoying creaking noise after less than a week of using it- and I don't use it excessively, maybe 2 hours a day. It's a shame, the creak is really distracting when I'm trying to work.

For the price, this isnt a bad product. I've had it for a year and have used it pretty regularly 2-3x/week.I haven't had any issues with it till recently. The remote stopped working and you can't use the machine without the remote. I wish there was another option to operate without the remote. Company is replacing the remote.Overall this has been great. It's a nice, smaller size. Easy to move around. I like the sleek appearance and it hides well under the desk. I feel like it's easy to use, and light impact for comfort. The speed seems to go up pretty high so you can definitely get your heart rate going.

I loved this treadmill and used it everyday. The reason I’m leaving a bad review is because when I contacted the company for the error I was receiving, they emailed me back and asked for a 30 second video (I was getting ERROR 5) so the treadmill would not work due to motor burn out, and the order number. I provided these and then never heard back from them. I sent two follow up emails as well asking if they needed more information and never heard back. I’m disappointed because I used it everyday and it’s an everyday walking pad so it should not have burned out the motor. This is not good for everyday use, and this is not good for long periods of time. If the company would have gotten back to me and helped resolve the issue or provided a discount for a new item I would not been so frustrated with the product as well as the company. I’m disappointed because I loved using this and the company didn’t have great communication when I had an issue.

I’ve had my walking pad since November and it’s been really easy to set up under my sit-to-stand desk. I WFH so I’ve been using it to walk during my meetings or move it in front of the tv to binge watch some episodes. A few weeks ago I think I may have overdid it and unfortunately got an “Er5” message and the belt would not turn on. I emailed customer support and after a few quick back and forth responses, they were able to send me a brand new replacement and I just have to ship the oldone back with the return shipping label they’ve provided. Amazing customer service team, they replied to me each time same-day and sometimes within 20-30 mins. Super responsive and helpful in getting a replacement. They even provided a newer model at no cost! Quiet and belt runs smooth. Much appreciative and happy customer!
