It came extremely well packaged, not a single scratch on it. Love the design. My one flaw is that the butterfly clip in the back was EXTREMELY loose. I had to buy metal locking pins the next day because the pin wouldn’t hold long enough for me to even lift up the bag. I got the locking pins here from amazing for super cheep and they great. So if you get this pin, make sure to also buy the locking pin
