Perfect, adjustable, comfy, easy to position, effective and the best by far!
I've bought several tennis elbow straps recently, and none have been that satisfactory, uncomfortable, hard to position, didn't really work, itchy, one gave me blisters! This one has been a revelation, like slipping on a favourite comfy sock, sits perfectly, lots of adjustment, and unlike the others, obviously and immediately made a difference, this has been the best by far and has actually made a really effective and comfortable difference straight away, love it!! Also, the reason I didn't buy this one first was even though I liked the design, I was put off by the metal bar insert in the picture that looked a bit brutal and uncomfortable, it's not metal!!! It's a stiffish foam, which is perfect, right size, very rare for me to write a review, if I could give this six stars I would.

Support your local elbow.
I bought this to combat golfers elbow, it was cheap, sturdy and is really comfortable. The only problem is there is a little rubber tube insert, but the lack of instructions means you don't know where, when or how to use it. I wear it extensively at wrk and riding my motorbike, and have noticed a great reduction in aches and pains. Seems worth it to me.

Good value but not sure it's for every one
Suffered with golfers elbow and tennis elbow on and off for years. Tried someone else's support and found it helped. I weight train and curls can be painful when you have tendonitis. These straps do help but if you are lifting heavy they stretch too much. Of course using a tighter one can restrict the blood flow so have to be loosened each time a little like knee supports for heavy squats. I have found anything above about 17Kgs on each arm and this support becomes less effective the more weight you use. I have tended to use this and do hammer curls which has helped. However if you lift less or for general support it does aid healing and relieve pain! For normal use it's fine and 5 stars but for training it's not so effective and you might want a stronger one with less give.

easy to position and tension - it a little hot ...
As with all things medical, what suits one person may not suit another. That said, the general opinion on these devices is that they do indeed work - however, for any particular individual the correct positioning and tension is vital and you may need professional medical assistance to achieve this. I presume that is why no instructions are provided - but there is a wealth of information via Google and YouTube if you feel so inclined. As far as the product is concerned, its well made and well described, easy to position and tension - it a little hot (sweaty) if left on for any period. It really does nothing to heal tennis elbow but it does lessen the pain on movement when its worn correctly. For the price its worth acquiring but you may need medical guidance to get the most from it. Its probably a five star product (for me) but I gave it four overall as it wont work for everyone.

Good for relief of pain and discomfort.
This product is well made and easy to apply. Arrived day after ordering.Relieves pain of Tennis/Golfer's Elbow almost immediately I fastened it in place.I developed my Lateral epicondylitis (Tennis Elbow) as a result of overexerting when climbing. Very painful even clasping or picking up a light weight. This device certainly relieves the pain and discomfort of rotating the arm.It has become clear to me from researching that to stop the return of the injury that doing wrist extension exercises with weights to strengthen the forearm muscles is part of the answer. This device is not a cure but a reliever of the discomfort/pain. Much better than popping pain killers constantly.Apparently applying ice to the area helps relieve the inflammation. I found this of no benefit and even more painful;one has to be careful to not freeze the area as local nerves supplying the forearm and hands could possibly get frozen!I'm very pleased with this product. Visiting a GP to be told whatever it is you are doing that causes the pain stop doing it is of no help when even daily living activities cause pain. So for £8.44 incl postage this a good buy.

Recommended by my physio
My physio recommended this brace for when I am using my arm. (As opposed to when I am doing physio exercises)It has a distinct 'tube' pressure pad, so it is easier to locate over the site required.I have found it straight forward to use and eases pressure on my tendon.
