Fully waterproof jacket 100%
Excellent fit, very well made, yes, tested in the rain commuting, still dry, get your normal size as this is cut to take your normal size into consideration. Brilliant and cheap, does the job.

The size is as stated. As yet to test how waterproof the jacket is. It's my 2nd jacket from Oxford Products,the first wore out!
