Works really well
I've had this for several months now. They work amazingly well. I use them primarily in the office, where I use the dongle to a laptop. I also simultaneously have these connected to my mobile via Bluetooth. I leave the dongle at work and use these connected via Bluetooth to the same laptop at home. I do have to manually switch between the dongle and bluetooth for the laptop. They are comfortable, with a good battery, and sound quality is excellent. Everyone says the microphone quality is great (had NONE of the issues others have reported here), with excellent separation from noise around me when I speak. The noise cancellation performance is outstanding. For: Quality, Comfort.Against: If you connect on PC and Mac via Bluetooth, the Jabra app doesn't recognise the headset, which is disappointing, especially as on iOS it works fine via Bluetooth. The price is high, and the pricing and availability of accessories is exploitative! A spare dongle (which I would otherwise buy) for £60+??? Come on Jabra, look after your customers better!

Active Noise Cancelling nonexistent!
DO NOT BUY IT if you are looking for ANC for your work meetings. This one was bought specifically because of the reviews on the ANC Microphone. After a lot of research and watching YouTube channels to find the best Headset to suppress ambient noise I decided on this one, however, it never lived up to its promises. The ANC over mic is practically nonexistent. Yes, I tested many times and kept it fully updated, without any change. It was a very expensive but fully ordinary headset.

I don’t recommend this headset
This product seems really good on the surface. Folds up and is very portable, great for hybrid workers. Great mic quality as exemplified by the YouTube reviews. Has Active Noise Cancellation. The issue I had was people often complained they could not hear me. This would happen several times per day and would come about randomly during calls, mid-conversation. I thought maybe it was my headset which was faulty so I returned it and got another pair of the exact same headset. Surely that would fix the issue? Nope, exact same issue.I’ve read countless reports about similar issues with the Evolve2 Flex 75 which has a similar mic which tucks away for a discreet look. Seems like the issues have persisted. There were no firmware updates available to me through the Jabra software which could have potentially resolved the issue and also I tried changing the wireless range on the receiver which by shortening the range, it’s meant to provide a more stable connection to the headset. This also didn’t work.I returned it and instead got the new Jabra Evolve2 55 which has similar features but isn’t quite as portable. I’ve had no issues with the 55 model thus far.

The audio keeps cutting out
I keep getting colleagues complaining about the audio cutting out from my end.
