**Title: Exceptional Wireless Thermometer and Freezer Alarm - A Must-Have!**I purchased the Marco MOCREO ST5 wireless thermometer and freezer alarm Hub in July 2024, along with its required hub, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Setting it up was a breeze, and it seamlessly connected to our Wi-Fi, reaching an impressive distance of over 130 feet. In fact, we even tested one of the sensors in our car while parked, and it maintained a solid connection from the parking lot!As a pantry dedicated to helping feed the poor, ensuring the safety of our food is a top priority. These thermometers have been instrumental in keeping our supplies safe for our clients. I highly recommend them! The product is not only reliable but also user-friendly.We did encounter a minor issue where one of the sensors got unplugged, but the alarm system quickly alerted us with additional icons, allowing us to address the problem immediately. The ability to set temperature ranges and receive notifications if one of our freezers fails provides us with invaluable peace of mind.Customer support was quick and excellent, addressing our questions efficiently. The app is fantastic, giving us real-time access to the exact temperature of our freezers right on our phones. Overall, you can't go wrong with the Marco MOCREO ST5 and HUB. It's an outstanding product that offers peace of mind, making it essential for anyone needing to monitor temperature-sensitive items. Five stars all the way!

Have had this system (with the hub) in place for easily 2 years now, possibly 3? Been flawless (although - it would be nice to see a glass bead/glycol based probe that more accurately reflects temps versus the air temp based probe)Recently had an issue where a sensor went offline and found the battery to have bulged for some reason, splitting the case - Reached out to customer support on July4th and got a prompt response on the 5th by Stephanie, who was AMAZING. Today found out they are shipping a replacement at no cost.This is the customer service that keeps people and makes them want to chat up the product - (for which I've already been gabbing with coworkers about who need temp monitoring for their freezers).Amazing work Mocreo - Even MORE amazing customer service that is prompt, professional and courteous! Now if you come out with a glass bead or glycol based one, that would be AMAZING (Those would prevent alarms from going off with a rush of hot air coming inside, it'd take longer for it to raise the temp, which is what is used in vaccine storage systems)

I bought this due to having 2 freezers full of food and the freezers have a little age on them. With the cost of food these days I can’t afford to loose any of it. These probes work perfectly and exactly like the description. The set up is insanely easy and you can choose the temp you set before getting alerted that the temperature has changed. You get alerts on the hub as well as on mobile phone. This will happen if someone has had the door open for a couple of minutes and the temp has changed out of the preselected range or for any reason the temperature changes.

Sensor works well for our -80C temperature monitoring.

My Govee and Acurite sensors either fail to work or barely work through the thickness of a freezer or refrigerator. Mocreo separates the sensor from the transmitter/receiver, so you get a better signal.I don't love the requirement of a hub (none required for Govee), but at least Mocreo identifies their devices (MAC or S/N) so you know which sensor you're placing and which it is on your mobile app.The mobile app is OK.I had trouble keeping the hub connected, so i think it's an issue with the 2.4ghz WiFi line of sight - you aren't relieved of that hassle here.Still, a small improvement over the other IoT temp/humidity devices I have tried with > 4 sensors.

These units are very easy to install and setup. I have nine sensors on one hub. I was surprised at the distance they were able to connect. I really like the graphing capability. I have made changes on my commercial coolers once I saw they were going out of limits during defrost. I wish calling was one option for out of range notification. Email works but sometimes I miss them.

Works flawlessly

Hub seems to go offline constantly. The Hub is plugged into a battery backup and hardwired into the router and nothing else seems to be going offline. I will be replacing this since it is no longer trustworthy.
