I researched for 3 months to find the most consistent 85 inch tv to take full advantage of my Xbox Series X. This specific model ranked in the top 3 for an entire fiscal year by multiple review sites. I jumped on the Black Friday price and after a shipping hiccup it arrived. The picture is hard to even describe. Millions of shades of color all over the screen with perfect whites and blacks. Images are so crisp and almost 3d at times. The TV audio alone is awesome and has the option for tracking audio based on what you are watching. Games are breathtaking regardless of the type I am playing. Driving games are so realistic and FPS is like being back on the battlefield again. I was actually shocked by the sheer difference from a 65 to 85 inch screen. My living room is now a theatre on the weekends and my Wife actually agreed that it was the best purchase made in a long time. If tech can impress her then I feel like every husband needs to pick one up!

I went and looked at this tv in Best Buy before buying it for much less on Amazon. I could hardly see a color difference between this and the OLED and this was less than half the price. Great shipping and no damage.

Couldn’t have a better picture.

Nothing but problems. Solar remote? Yeah, it's buggy. That's where the problems began. Replaced the remote. Still buggy. No updates to firmware. No real help. This TV was great out of the box and practically set itself up. I thought it was great! But slowly, it became glitchy and buggy. Get a TCL for a third of the price, you will thank yourself.

This TV sat in the box waiting for us to do a remodel. When we finally installed it, it did not work. We thought we were out of luck based on how long we waited, it was no longer eligible for an Amazon return.UpdateI got a phone call from the seller after he saw our review. Seemed like a nice stand-up guy. From our conversation, it appears we may be headed in the right direction to a solution. Fingers crossed for a simple fix. Will update as we move ahead.UPDATEThe seller took it upon himself to contact Samsung and get the repair order going. We were quickly contacted by the local Samsung repair facility. After a couple of visits to get the right part, our TV is working great. All companies have errors, how they handle them is what's important. This seller - Video and Audio - stood behind their product and helped us get a positive solution. Would not hesitate to recommend or buy from them again.

My old Sony 75" X900F, purchased 2018, stopped working. Hanging out in some AV forums, I knew I wanted a larger screen if I could afford it, along with a preference towards mini-LED displays over OLED.The room I have the TV in can be overly bright so it seemed that the Samsung Neo QLED might be the best choice, especially considering the current price for an 85" set released mid 2023 vs an equivalent OLED. Out of the box, it is super bright and colorful with all content. I turned on some golf to calibrate the greens, along with some red shirts against that green grass. Brightness and saturation all needed significant reductions, along with turning off the motion stuff to reduce the soap opera effect. Still finding minor adjustments towards my preferred picture across a variety of content, but it is meeting expectations.Overall, no issues, and 5+ years later (than the prior Sony) I think picture quality is better than ever. A larger screen size does not hurt! Thanks for the deal and setup services Amazon!
