Will creatine make you faster and/or build more muscle? Well, if you took various blood tests and found that you were repeatedly low-ish or below, then yeah, creatine supplementation probably has an effect when combined with suitable training.I DO happen to be "lightly muscled", and always have been, and yeah, my blood tests always come back with low-ish or below. It has been like that for me for decades.When I was training hard for 100-mile-plus cycling seven or eight years ago, creatine DID seem to make a difference FOR ME. BUT, like I said, I seem to have rather modest "natural" creatine levels in the first place.BTW, this time I am prepping for "ultra-running" - if you did not know, the STARTING point for "ultra running" is about 20% FURTHER than a Marathon.So, even my experience is based on "extreme endurance" "cardio" sports, with a bit of supporting light gym work, rather than me being some sort of weightlifter, so I cannot comment on that. Last time I did any serious weight lifting was more than 40 years ago when I was at school!I also only take creatine when prepping for something, rather than year round, so that, too, my colour my experience of the effects of creatine.Nice clear tub, so I can see the tablets have not broken up (yeah, I had that with a different brand years ago).The tablets are pretty big. In my experience, ALL creatine tablets are pretty big. I suppose they COULD make them half the size - but then you would have to take twice as many!Flavour? They do not really taste of anything. That is what they are supposed to taste like.Value - yeah, they are pretty good value.So - well presented, and what I expected. Whether they do more than improve your self-belief is a question for you to answer for yourself!

Pills are so big they're difficult to get down to be honest and it seems like you have to take more pills than you would if you were using powder. Honestly raw dogging a shot of powder and water is so much easier.

I used this product as I researched and found that creatine is one of the best supplements to use to gain muscle. Taking this as a tablet is more convenient for me when I'm on the move!

I don't have a negative to say really, only if you want to do a loading faze for 5 days of 20mg, you have to swallow 24 of these in a day and they aren't small. But as a cheap warm up to 5mg a day they are great 👍
