First thing that hits is rich, umami ginger-soy flavor then just the right chili flavor & heat. I could eat this every day! It is ridiculously good! Compared to animal meat jerky this is by far more tender, very well flavored, not stringy or overly salty like many jerkys. Would order SOOOO much more if just a little more affordable, but for now is just a treat. The southern BBQ is delicious as well! Super mustardy, smokey, tangy, with a touch of heat &sweetness. Excellent!!!!
