This cutting platform is wonderful for homemade bread
This platform is fully adjustable for the width of the bread and it comes with solid panels so you can cut bagels. It all stores into a small wood rectangle base, and only takes minutes to assemble. I love the design of it, and it will cut two different thicknesses of bread...small and large. It was a breeze to use, and now the slices all come out just like ones from the bakery. I highly recommend this unit. Select the width, insert the bread, and place the knife into the correct spaces. It only took two minutes to slice an entire loaf...I love this thing.

Clean and handy
This bamboo bread cutting board is so good. I love the crumb tray, efficient and easy to empty. The spaces are just right size for toasting, etc. Easily assembled, cleaned and stored. The knife and storage is handy, tho I keep all my big knives on a magnetic rack

DO NOT THROW OUT THE BOX BEFORE LOOKING AT THE BOTTOM
This is a sturdy bread slicer that holds several sizes of my homemade bread. It has many good features highlighted in other reviews. My one warning: DO NOT THROW OUT THE BOX BEFORE LOOKING AT THE BOTTOM. There are directions on the bottom of the box it comes in that are not included in the printed directions inside. I suggest either saving the bottom itself or photocopying or scanning it to keep with the printed directions provided.

slippery feet
looks like it should work, but it fails. The feet are acrylic and it slides around on the countetop. Returned

Works OK
Although this works better than the plastic single slice devices, it really can’t compare with a real bread slicing machine. For the price, it works ok, but expect inconsistent slices.

Wooden bread cutting rack
I love the fact that you can adjust the width of space for bread. Makes it so much nicer to cut the slices. Sadly I have to reorder this and get a new one because the one side is stuck in the base then the leg broke off of the one side. So I am ordering a new one.

Even slices
Just got it, it works very well. I only wish I bought one when I bought my bread maker. Quality and price very good.
