Very accommodating and helpful when I needed a repair!
I bought the computer and started having problems only a few months later. By the time I sent in a repair request, my warranty was extremely close to expiring, and I was worried I would not get a repair. Although I think many companies would have argued with me and tried to deny my request, New Dream was extremely accommodating and helpful with my computer! They were responsive to my problems and finished my repair very quickly. They provide updates of the repair through email and an online portal, which makes it easy to keep up with your computer. Once the repair was finished, my technician, Bronx, called to check the return address and answered any questions I had. New Dream went out of their way to help me and provided a quick, effective repair, and I would definitely recommend their services!

Perfect for my needs. Very satisfied
I was worried as I saw a couple less than stellar reviews but I have nothing negative to say. I ended up stepping up to max RAM, larger storage, upgraded processor to hopefully last me a few years (buy once, cry once). I actually had an acer gaming laptop before and hated it as keyboard layout had a keys in non typical locations, or locations I wasn't used to them being in so it sucked. For example kept hitting the "Nitro" key that should have been a "num lock" key to me. Even though that was gaming laptop, this machine is much more responsive, better keyboard and It support all I need even without the dedicated graphics card.

Slim, versatile laptop
This laptop is great and reasonably priced. It includes a large screen that is easy on my eyes. Lots of hard drive space. Nice, quiet keyboard and convenient navigation pad.

Painful Laptop
This is a fast and elegant looking Windows 11 computer. The delivery was early. The seller's response to a question was almost instantaneous. The display is beautiful (I have preferred a mat screen in the past). The sound system by Bang Olufsen is very nice but suffers from not enough volume, something I found with this HP's predecessor by MSI and others. It is not a comfortable laptop. The bottom edge of the screen is angular and sharp and extends below the bottom to create a full-width ridge. In addition, there are two small clips that are even sharper that about knees' width making wearing shorts painful. When open, the screen raises the unit slightly from a flat, hard surface. This improves the sound delivery.Another minor defect is with the keyboard. The space bar is at the same level as the mousepad and wrist pad making hitting bar means hitting one's thumb on the mousepad / wristpad.Another quibble is the direction keys - the up and down are half-sized.Finally, the screen flashes every time a new window is opened. This maybe a software issue of some sort.Overall, I would buy this computer again from this seller. One star for the limited use as a laptop.

Beast of a Machine
I got this over a year ago and a year later it has been an absolute gem! I have zero complaints. It is a little pricey but it has been worth it. It carries any load I give it and I am in to graphics, video and sound production. It has has no issues with the heavy lifting whenever needed.

Faster than expected shipping. Computer quality as expected by brand
The HP Envy is a great computer and it arrived exactly as expected. Great condition. We are an IT company, and while being configured, all the Specs, and parts seemed to be genuine and high quality. I have trouble trusting some vendors, but this vendor seems to be Legit so far.Side note, the client decided they wanted a much smaller computer and this computer was immediately wiped (after set up) and returned to the vendor. The return process was quick and painless as well.

awful bloatware, keyboard freezes up, terrible customer support
The computer was fine except that every few hours the keyboard would lock up and not start until I rebooted. This started happening right after I purchased the computer and clearly had something to do with the preinstalled software. I tried googling every possible solution to this but nothing helped. I went to HP support to fix it. I got a chat with somebody who spent 15 minutes trying different things and was unable to do anything. He said I should try removing a couple of pieces of preinstalled bloatware and recommended that I hire one of their people for an extra fee to remove that bloatware for me. (I later removed it myself and it didn't help.) He said it would not be covered by an HP warrantee because it likely wasn't a hardware issue, since the keyboard does work sometimes.I can kind of live with this in the short term (just an enforced break every couple hours) but it is a pain not to have a computer I can rely on for Zoom meetings or presentations or things like that, and it is disruptive and bizarre. Unfortunately I am now past the 30 day return window and have already invested a lot of time on attempts to rescue this unfortunately cursed device.
