Super happy with this travel case for my son’s growth hormone pen. Fits up to 3 pens and thermometer inside is showing 36F with the bio ice for more than 31 hours now with no issues.

Took this in my carry on on a plane trip across country. 15+hours later and it is still cold. Makes traveling with diabetic meds much easier.

Awesome product took it on a long overseas trip and it kept my insulin cool

I like that it has a carrying strap and room for pen needles in the cap. But the biogel that has a claim for keeping insulin between 35-46 degrees for 48 hours does not. I have tested it multiple times with a switchbot thermometer which has been calibrated to ensure it's accurate. I never have to open the container to see the temperature so there is no loss of cooling from opening it.On the first couple of tests, the temperature drops below freezing for several hours which of course would ruin insulin.Once I worked out how long to let the biogel sit on the counter before putting it in container to avoid freezing, the biogel kept temp at insulin safe levels 34-46 for 31 hours. A good amount of time but not what is claimed. This was inside my house which gets up to 77 degrees right now.I'm currently running a test with another brand of biogel I purchased on Amazon. It started at a perfect temperature after letting it sit on the counter for 10 minutes. So no freezing the insulin. Waiting to see how long it keeps a good temperature... As of now it's been in a good range for 12 hours and the rate of cold loss on this biogel seems to be better. I'll post again when this test is over. I also have a couple of triple wall insulated thermoses on the way that I plan to test.

Recently used for a trip that would require 12 hours of travel time. Can attest that the freezer pack and cylnder kept 3 (Basaglar) pens cool for tge 15 hours I needed. Tge freezer pack was atill frozen so there was plenty of 'cold' time left. The 3 pens and freeze pack fit properly in the cylinder. You'll need to fit the pens by having one upside down. No issues through 2 TSA checkpoints.Would recommend..

Took a 2 week trip 4000 mile driving in western US and needed my GLP1 injection2 times. This worked perfectly. Maintained the acceptable temp for the medication when out of the refrigerator in this container. Great for anyone needing to travel with medication requiring refrigeration.
