Laser Engraver Foil - Peel and Stick Laser Engraveable Foil - 6"x25 feet

I'm just learning this new method of foil tape and so far it's pretty good. From far away it looks great. But when I was pulling the excess off of some walnut, it started to tear the fibers of the wood out. I spent a lot of time sanding it down from 80 to 220 grit so it was pretty smooth.. Plus walnut is a very hard wood, I don't imagine any softer wood doing any better. Also because the Adhesive works too well, some of it still remained around the edges from where it was peeled off. I might try sealing the wood first next time. But for now I wouldn't recommend this for wood at least.

The media could not be loaded. Picked this up to give a try on my laser engraver. It came nicely packed, on a solid roll. For testing, I used it on some ceramic tiles. It sticks well, perhaps a little too well, but since this is new to me, I'm not sure, and won't hold it against it. Suffice to say that fine cutouts were difficult to remove without getting something else too. Once all done, I washed the tiles with soap and water, and the foil stuck without and problems. I've been able to use it with my Atomstack S10, xTool D1, and Sculpfun S6 Pro, so no worries about needing a C02 machine to make use of this stuff.
