Using it for 2 weeks now. Very easy to use. No leakages of water in both inlet and outlet. Installation and Demo was given appropriately. The washing is also good. Affordable price and value for money.

On June 2, 2023, I purchased a new 6.5 kg automatic washing machine online from Amazon of brand NU. However, since the very first day of installation, the machine has exhibited severe operational defects. It runs continuously for over 2 hours, emits a strange noise during the spin cycle, and inexplicably restarts the rinse cycle multiple times, leading to a significant waste of water, especially during the summer months.Despite my numerous attempts to address this issue by contacting the customer care team, the problem remains unresolved. I have made several calls to customer care, but unfortunately, they have been unresponsive. Although I have provided videos demonstrating the malfunction, it's worth noting that there are intermittent periods where the machine functions seemingly without fault, complicating the troubleshooting process.I am extremely frustrated with this ongoing cycle of ineffective repairs and lack of response from the customer care team. At this point, I no longer wish to pursue further repairs and request either a full refund of the purchase amount or a replacement washing machine that functions properly.Unfortunately, the email address provided by NU company appears to be incorrect and unreachable. Despite my efforts to contact the customer care team, I have not received any assistance in resolving this matter.

Bad quality, Bed service, No customer care or support after sale.Its been a year when we brought this and its badly rusted and got non functional now.No response from customer care even after multiple followups.
