I’ve heard so many good things about these particular mushrooms and this company. I was worried when I seen the powder inside the bag but all is well.

These pills are amazing! I do not have any of the aches and pains that I normally do! I am definitely gonna continue to take them daily.

I gave this four stars because it didn’t upset my stomach and it seems legit. I also think I would need to take this for a few months before actually seeing any benefits from it. But I noticed it gave me some energy so I had to start taking it in the mornings instead. Another nice thing is you only need to take 1 a day but I am sure you can take more. Mine came in a bag that you were suppose to refill your current bottle with but I didn’t have a bottle. But the bag reseals so it wasn’t a big deal. I will most likely order another bag to see how well they help and I’ll update my review.

Now I have at least one bowel movement a day and it gives me energy!!

I don't like to talk about the effectiveness of supplements, because I am not qualified, and everyone's results will vary, but there are still a lot of things I can talk about.These come in capsule form, and the capsules are medium-large sized. There is a bit of a smell when you open the bag, but it's not too bad.I thought it was really strange for capsules to come in a package, rather than a bottle, but it looks like there are a couple of reasons behind it:1. They mention that the bag is meant to be used to refill whatever jar/storage you keep it in2. The bag is 100% compostable, so you're doing a lot less damage to the environment than just throwing it away.

Looking at their website, I think they prioritize quality and I also like the eco-friendly friendly packaging. You can take a quiz on the website to see what mushrooms are best for you. The exp date is 8/1/25, not sure about that, especially if I were paying the $49 which is kind of high, but I'll just have to use them right away.

The best part about these capsules is that you only need to take 1 per day. This is a testimate to the quality and purity of ingredients used. I have a few supplements where I have to take 2+ each day, which has me re-evaluating quality of those. I began using this brand after finishing a different brand and have no complaints. They seem to be working well.
