This is the worst crap I have ever experienced. It is always dry nappy unmanageable hard and in addition the color has faded on the ends. Don’t waste your money. This hair is not even worth purchasing and after $800 to install this crap in my hair it hasn’t even been in my head two weeks and now I have to take it out. It’s unmanageable and ugly. This could not be human hair-even though they claim it is. Now it is going to cost an additional $200 to take it out- if you see I have micro twist. I am so disappointed-don’t waste your money. Only gave it 1star because it would not let me submit with no stars. SMH

Their measurement of inches is way off! if you purchase 12 or 14ninches, you will get 8 or 6 inches and the hair is of poor quality
