Thomas Pet & Family Aqua+ 788569 Vacuum Cleaner

This was my third vacuum cleaner in 18 months! I was a bit desperate, having found other cleaners to be too heavy, not good at picking up dog hair and even blowing out dusty, smelly air after 3 months.The Thomas cleaner was a new venture - a water vacuum?? But it had good reviews, so I bought it.And it's the best vacuum cleaner I have ever had!! It is so easy to use: it whizzes around smoothly on its wheels, it has several attachments which don't get stuck onto the extension tube needing brute force (or Superman!) to remove them and the cable snaps back into place for storage.I love the fact that there is no dust!! All the fur and dust is held in the water in the container, and so the air that comes out of the machine is clean and fresh. And it's great to be able to wash out the container and filters and start with a completely clean and fresh vacuum the next time you use it.The attachments are varied - the turbo brush is great for carpets and rugs, but the attachment I use the most is the upholstery one, because it has a smaller head, which means it goes around chair legs and under tables easily and it's good on stairs. It's great on wood floors and it's brilliant on carpets too - picks up all the pet hair. This smaller-sized brush is definitely the most convenient.Any problems? Not so far (haven't tried the freshen-up facility yet)Anything that could be better? Well, it's too big to balance on a stair tread, so I have to do the top and bottom of the stairs separately, but the hose is easily long enough.And it's a little bit heavier than I was expecting. But that's all!!I love my Thomas!!

I love this hoover. I got old model for my parents 7 years ago and now got one for myself.This is the best vacuum cleaner. It sucks absolutely everything, long hair, cat's fur. My place never was so clean.In addition to dry cleaning you can was the carpets and results are amazing.

For years I've always wanted to have a vacuum cleaner which would filter through water instead of standard filters but I did not know that there is any.I live in an over 600 years old Tudor cottage with woodburner only heating system. I am extremely allergic to dust so was suffering in my home due to dust comes from fireplace and woodburner, and from thimber ceilings. My old vacuum cleaner was not good enough to trap all the dusts and also it would loose suction soon after, and oh god cleaning the filters were the most difficult part of it. However after switching my vacuum to this one I just said wow. This is amazing. Very powerfull suction and extremely easy to clean filter, I mean just pour the water into the toilet. I also loved hard water wet cleaning function of it. It came with lots of different attachments but if only there would have been a small window suction attachment too. Thats the only thing I would wish extra with this vacuum cleaner. It comes with bigger attachment which I use for hard floor and bathroom and it works great but I would not want to use it on my windows after using in bathroom.Anyway as soon as you start vacuuming with this machine you know that you handling a good quality machine.Really really happy.

This is an excellent easy to use wet or dry vacuum, it really picks up all the debris in the carpets and brings the pile right back up. The only thing worth a mention just for clarification is , the instructions refer to Dry Vacumming but ... This involves WATER .., when dry vacuuming , you put water in the machine instead of a dust bag and all the debris goes in to the water which must be cleaned out after each use. Not at all difficult. It really does open your eyes to the amount of debris left deep in the pile by other vacuums . It comes with one dust bag for use when not "dry Vacumming ' I doubt I will ever use the bag . There is a wealth of components supplied in their own case for use when taking up water or carpet cleaning . I highly recommend this very robust product . More than pleased with it !

The media could not be loaded. It is an amazing hoover and I haven't seen a better one yet. My parents used this brand for the past 15 years and they had no problem with it whilst having immaculate floors and generally cleaner air at home.This one sucks all pet hair and dirt amazingly. I hoovered first with my old hoover and then using Thomas Pet straight after. Guess how much crap Thomas collected? I was totally shocked!However, the hoover I received was leaking from the bottom and therefore I had to return it for a refund (they don't do replacements and I was really really torn between keeping and sending back).Nevertheless, I concluded that I wasn't lucky and ordered a new one once again. I will let you know how it goes.

It is the best hoover out there we have had this a couple of months now and there is nothing that compares to it. It's is a little heavy but I don't mind that as the power of it makes up for this... We have a dog that likes to shed hair and a crawling 7 month old so we need this to be able to keep it clean for her....and it definitely does....there is nothing better out there in my opinion and I would highly recommend it

Can't believe what this brings up from carpets and rugs. Great for keeping dust at bay. Have noticed a difference with carpets since using this compared to my Henry which was just skimming the surface!

It was working fine for 24 months, of course after that it shuts down by itself during the clening and never come up again, I think the deliberretly put some bug that its fails right after the warranty period, DO NOT BUY !!!
