Omega 3 6 9 is good for your heart
This is my first time to try this brand of Omega 3 6 9. I normally buy Spring Valley, but it seems they discontinued them from the line. After looking all over we decided to try this brand as they are the perfect amount that my husband and I need and will last us 3 months and we only need the 1 each. I am so glad that we were finally able to find them and will continue to buy them here. Excellent for heart health, joints and immune system.

Affordable but good quality
This is definitely cheaper compared to other brands, but I think it still has good quality. Capsule size isn’t that big and it’s not hard to swallow. There’s also no strong fishy smell to it. I can’t really tell for sure how it differs from other brands which I’ve also tried, but as long as I’m receiving a good amount of Omega 3-6-9 and I’m feeling great, then that’s good enough for me. I would rate this as a 4.5 because it’s cheaper.

The only thing it has alittle fishy taste. Had been taking the NOW brand but can’t get it. I hope to be able to get it latter!
