Delicious. The best quick microwave pasta ever! The texture is excellent. The flavor is a bit like broccoli and cheese soup.

They are very good, however they do not cook in 4 minutes more like 12 to 14 minutes for them to be so dente. My husband likes them and they are a very good pasta dish.

So first you may wonder, how these can cook in 4 minutes..........well it's because basically it's thicker, shorter ramen noodles. That being said, I actually think 4 minutes might be too long, or else these need more water, maybe even milk. After 4 minutes, they appear very watery, but they quickly become dried out vs the sauce "thickening upon standing". They are also VERY salty. The pepper cheese ones are better than the mushroom ones. Haven't tried the broccoli because I know i don't like the boxed mac and cheese with broccoli in it so didn't think I'd like these either. I like them because of how fast they can cook for a quick small meal or side dish, but overall I don't think I'll buy again because they are a bit overpriced in my opinion.

Delicious. I prefer to add a little extra water and butter and cook a little longer.

My college age son and I really like some of the Alessi quick make soup so after a long time of ordering soups, we decided to try the pasta. It’s super for a quick and easy side dish. We both really like the taste and the ease.This is delicious and fast to make. Give it a try.
