Wait Til I Get Over

Since purchasing this album is has been in my car CD player permanently and I must have listened to at least 20 times and each time the music just grows and grows. It truly is a phenomenal album with real depth, a story to tell and a voice with true emotion. Stunning.

This album is a step up from everything I’ve heard him do before. It’s soulful, passionate, personal yet epic. It’s up there with some of the great soul albums of the early seventies.

I thought it would be like band from whence he came -Durand Jones and the Indications. It isn't but that's my fault.
